First, thank you to all of our producers for your

support during the past year.  We believe we

have something to offer and we appreciate the

opportunity to assist you.

2010 was a tougher year than 2009 as package

players and standard lines companies sought

to protect their business by venturing into

the E&S classes. With the help of our Allied

World/Darwin partners, we feel we solidified our

position as one of the top underwriters of public

entity and educational D&O/E&O and EPL.

For the coming year we have big plans regarding

improved forms and rates and we will be looking

to expand our use of loss control webinars to

keep our insureds informed about EPL issues.
